- If you need to cancel your travel reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The exact refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation and the specific circumstances.
- Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: Full refund.
- Cancel 15-30 days in advance: Refund 80%.
- Cancel 7-14 days in advance: Refund 50%.
- Cancel within 7 days in advance: No refund will be given.
- Special circumstances:
- If your trip is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government bans, etc.), we will refund the full amount.
